- Size: one half of a piece of 8.5 x 11 paper (fold in half then cut)
- must be written on by hand
- must be the writing of the student who is going to use it
- can include whatever information you feel is important
- make sure to use the study questions and Cornell pages
- can use both sides of the paper
- can write in whatever size you like
