Social Studies

We did peer- and self-assessment of maps.

We discussed what news is and how it impacts us.

We reviewed the group current events that we did before and assessed whether the articles were news or not. We then looked at our assignment: Collect 6-7 (or more) pieces of written news over the next two weeks. Try to find related news articles. Keep these in a folder, envelope, or page protector for use with the handouts I gave you on news summaries/analyses.
